OMGoodness, Fette Sau please do a Groupon! This is THE best BBQ in all of New York! I liked the beef tongue pastrami. But the pulled pork totally beats it out one-handed. Yum!

  2. Ashton says:

Fette Sau is heaven for carnivores. Their pork belly was awesome! The fat was rich, it had a strange curled shape and its salty, chewy texture was, well, interesting. Heaven!

I preferred the Burnt End Baked Beans – deep red in color, a touch spicy, and filled with flavor. The addition of bay leaves and the burnt ends were very nice.

When in Fette Sau, you just HAVE to eat the Pork Belly. It was the single most delicious thing on my tray, it’s a slab of fat with enough flavor to knock you on your back. Very recommended that one.

I love this place. There is outdoor seating, great food and beer. I prefer the brisket and the potato salad. Definitely going for that one. But the pork shoulder was good too. They just must do a Groupon! :D
